CERTIFIEDBOURBON.com (hereinafter the “Website” or “Site”) is an online store owned and operated by CERTIFIEDBOURON, a Limited Liability Corporation (hereinafter “CERTIFIEDBOURON”).  All prices are subject to change without notice.  CERTIFIEDBOURON is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change incorrect pricing at its sole and absolute discretion.  CERTIFIEDBOURON reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revise these terms and conditions at any time.  Your continued and ongoing use of the Website following any such changes acknowledges your acceptance of those changes and their applicability to you.  If you do not agree with these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this Website. In the event you breach any of these terms and conditions of use, and if you are not over the age of 21, your right to use this Website shall automatically terminate.

All captions, titles or section headings of these terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provisions herein.  Wherever the word “including” or “include” shall appear, such term shall be construed to mean “including without limitation” or “include without limitation,” as the case may be

Return policy

Should you need to return an item for any reason, please initiate return through Service and contact Customer Service department for specific instructions on returning your product within 14 days of your purchase. Any packages returned to us not due to Principal’s fault are subject to restocking fee. All shipping charges are not refundable if a package returned not due to Principal’s fault. Returns will be credited to the initial payment method. Returned items must be returned in unopened and salable condition.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling.

This Return and Exchange Policy (“Return and Exchange Policy”) shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy that can all be found at CERTIFIEDBOURON.COM

Failed Delivery Attempts.

If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to CERTIFIEDBOURON a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to CERTIFIEDBOURON damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Exchanges and Store Credit.

Exchanges and Store Credit are determined on a case-by-case basis, but are limited to the following scenarios:

Damaged Product.

If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you have purchased Route shipping insurance at the time of checkout. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Orders.

If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a CERTIFIEDBOURON provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item.

All sales are final. 

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped a refund may be issues at our discretion and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied

Insurance and Returns:

Under the terms of law, a common carrier is liable to a recipient for the all damages and losses occurred during the transportation. Liquor Barn and its Principals cannot be responsible for any common carrier’s misconduct, nondelivery, loss, etc. It is highly recommended to insure your shipment. The very affordable Route insurance is available at checkout point. Orders are always packed only in certified and approved by carriers package to prevent breakage.

If you added protection at checkout, then your order is covered. Liquor Barn is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. Please notice: Route Protection is for shipped product only. It doesn’t cover shipping cost, local deliveries and pick up. The insurance option is enabled by default. You must disable this option before you checkout and make sure that is turned off. There is no procedure to refund insurance. Insurance coverage will be denied if claim is made outside of the established by insurer time frame.

Please always closely inspect the package upon delivery before you accept it. The clear evidence of any damage occurred before delivery, but not after delivery takes place will be required. Please notify delivery person of any damage and require him/her to document evidence of damage. To the extent permitted by law, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange in respect of any Product ordered without clear evidence that the product was damaged during the transit. You agree to take all the risks if your package is damaged, not delivered, stolen, etc., if you decline to insure your order.
